Package GuidelinesPaymentTo secure the discounted rate, payment for all six sessions is made in advance.Using Your SessionsYour six sessions can be used within four months of your first appointment, giving you flexibility while maintaining momentum in our work together.Changing an AppointmentLife happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you can give at least 24 hours' notice, I'll be happy to reschedule your session at no extra cost.Missed SessionsSessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will usually be counted as one of your package sessions. This helps protect the time reserved especially for you.RefundsIf you decide that counselling is not right for you before your first session, a refund can be arranged. How do I get in touch to make an appointment?

Getting started is easy. Simply click the Contact Me button and complete the contact form. You can share as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with at this stage.
Once I receive your enquiry, I'll get in touch by phone to arrange a free 30-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to have an informal chat, discuss what brings you to therapy, and see how I can best support you. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.If you feel we're a good fit, we can then arrange your first therapy session.

The initial 30-minute consultation is completely free of charge.

How Your Information Will Be Stored?

Your personal information and session notes will be stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. Records are kept confidential and accessed only when necessary for the provision of counselling services. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.

How will my session take place?

Depending on your preference, sessions may take place face-to-face, online, or by telephone. Face-to-face sessions will be held in a professional and confidential setting. For online and telephone sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a private, quiet, and confidential space where you cannot be overheard or interrupted.
Confidentiality is an essential part of the therapeutic relationship. If a suitable private environment cannot be maintained, the session may need to be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled to protect confidentiality and ensure a safe and effective therapeutic space.

How do online or telephone therapy sessions work?

If you choose online therapy, I will send a secure session link to your agreed email address before each appointment. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join your session.
If you prefer telephone therapy, we will agree on your appointment dates and times together during our conversations. Please make a note of your session details to help you keep track of upcoming appointments.
Whichever option you choose, I will ensure you have all the information you need before your session and will be happy to answer any questions along the way.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Sessions are usually held weekly to provide consistency and support, and we will regularly review your progress to determine what feels most helpful to you.

How Do I Pay?

Payment is required by bank transfer before your appointment. Payment details will be provided when your session is booked.

What if I cancel or miss my appointment?

I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session rate of £40.If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled, as there may not be enough time left for an effective therapeutic session.
